In the wake of his success creating the block, Pepper manages to coax Tony into coming back down to the city for what Tony says'll be 'a few days, maybe a week.' Bucky wonders how successful she'll be at keeping him there, given that part of the reason he'd moved fully into the compound to begin with was evidently the strain between them, but decides it's not really his business.

In Tony's absence, Steve doesn't think it's a good idea for him to be too far out of reach, just in case something comes up that needs the Avengers. Bucky finds this out when he broaches the idea of going back to Virginia for a day or two, if they can figure out a plausible excuse. He encourages Bucky to go with Sharon anyway, though, and to have fun.

Bucky's not sure if they can get away with it, but there's no question that it'll be easier without Pepper and Tony around to ask awkward questions. Still, he tries not to get his hopes up too high when he comes to find Sharon in the office after Steve heads down for a training session with the team.

He raps on the door with his right hand, and waits for her to answer.

His fingers tremble against her skin before he presses gently, flattening his hand against her. Bucky braces his other hand on the ground beside her and leans down to kiss her once more.

"I'm already yours," he whispers. "So you'll just have to have all of me, instead."

"Deal." She slips her free hand up into his hair and grips lightly. "That's all I wanted, anyway."

He groans against her mouth as she tightens her fingers in his hair and his control slips, causing their next kiss to be wilder, more passionate than he'd originally intended.

The sound he makes lights a fire in her blood and she whimpers as he kisses her deep and passionate, in a way he hasn't for... god, weeks.

He's always attentive, always sweet and generous and caring, but he's always controlled, too. "Again," she pleads, and nips at his bottom lip the way she sometimes bites at her own to tease him. "Like that, baby, more – "

The soft little whimper, how she bites at his lip and her sweet plea combine to tear through the way he's been holding himself back since what happened in the lab.

Bucky groans again, deep in his chest, and slides one hand into her hair to cradle and angle her head as he kisses her deep and wild, kisses her until they're both shaking, pressing her into the quilt with the weight of his body as he plunders her mouth with his kisses.

Sharon trembles wildly in his arms as he overwhelms her with kisses, as she drowns in them. She kisses him back with reckless abandon, traces his lips with the tip of her tongue, nips at his lip and grips her fingers into his hair, her hand hard on his bare back and her hair a wild mess of gold around her head.

Every sound he makes, every groan and caught breath, throws more fuel on the flames licking at the inside of her chest, and she runs her hands down his sides to the waistband of his pants, working at the button and fly with shaking fingers.

"God, baby, yes, please--" He arches against her, rolling his hips, coaxing her to drag the rest of his clothes from him so he can do the same for her, and kisses her again.

She shoves at the rest of his clothes, pushing them off and away until he's bare and beautiful in the sun, then leans back so he can access her own clothes, her heart racing in her chest, her breath coming fast and shallow.

"Please," she pleads. "Bucky, I need you."

He kisses her again and again, stealing each little sound with another kiss as he unfastens her pants and loosens the zipper, then eases them over her hips. He kisses down the line of her throat to her shoulder, first nipping and then drawing on the sensitive spot with his mouth hard enough to leave a red mark, then pulls back and strips the rest of her clothes from her and tosses them aside.

Bucky reaches down between her thighs to cup her center with his left hand as he covers her again and goes back to kissing her, teasing her warmth with his cool metal fingers more recklessly than before.

She sets one foot on the quilt to bracket his hip with her thigh, pushing her knee out to give him room as his fingers tease and tantalize her, her breath catching as he sucks at her skin and jumpstarts every nerve in her body.

Her hips push up, rocking against his touch as pleasure washes through her in waves. She can't keep from wanting to touch him back, and slides her hand down over his hip, reaching between them to curl her fingers around him. Any intention she had of going slow is obliterated by the way he's touching her; she strokes over him with trembling fingers at a searing pace.

He moans aloud and thrusts into her hand, then breaks their kiss to plead, "Take me - let me - baby, god--"

Words fail him and he kisses her again, pulling his left hand back and sliding it over the swell of her hip, into the small of her back, arching her up toward him and shaking with how much he needs to be closer to her, drowning in her.

His moan sears through her, and she shifts beneath him, unable to tell if he's shaking or if she is as she slips her legs to either side of him, letting him slot between them. "Yes," she promises, rocking her hips up and guiding him towards her. "Please, baby, yes – "

He lets out a raw, guttural sound as he sinks into her, then draws back and does it again, and again, rolling his hips to drive as deeply as he can. Bucky kisses her over and over, uncontrolled and wild and nearly desperate, helplessly lost in her.

Here in the sun, in the yard, with nothing around them for miles but trees and mountainside, she can cry out as ecstasy bursts through her. Her hands roam over his skin and up into his hair as she kisses him back, needy, addicted, lost in him. He's almost feral and she feels the same way, rocking up to meet him, curving her hands over him to press him more deeply into her with each thrust.

"Bucky," she begs, helpless. "Bucky, Bucky – "

"Yes," he says, fierce with it, and kisses her again. "Like that, let me hear you, like that--"

Her hands on his body driving him, promising she wants this as much as he does, he moves faster, deeper, slipping one arm fully around her and holding her tight to him as he shifts their angle to bring them as close together as humanly possible, pleasure blazing through him as his body arches into hers.

"Bucky," she gasps. He could ask her for anything in this moment and she'd promise it to him; the moon and stars and air. She'd find a way. He hasn't been able to want in so long, but he wants her and she wants him back, so much it hurts, sharp and aching.

Here, she doesn't have to worry about being too loud, about what the wrong person might hear, and she cries out as he sinks deeply into her, over and over, pushing them pell-mell towards the edge and the dizzying drop beyond.

The sounds she makes, the way she feels, the way they can lose themselves in each other with wild abandon here in this place all combine to send him skidding into ecstasy as white-fire pleasure explodes within him.

As his hips stutter and his body locks, he's barely able to seize enough presence of mind to reach down between them with his left hand, tweaking the nerve-filled bud at her center with his fingers to try to bring her over the edge with him.

He drives deep and falls apart, his arm tight around her, and as he reaches down she loses any semblance of control and falls right along with him, wave after wave of pleasure crashing through her, whiting out her mind and tugging a hoarse sound from her throat as her head pushes back into the quilt.

She clings to him as she shivers through the aftershock, breathing in him and the scent of sun-warmed skin and crushed grass as her heart races.

He holds tightly to her, unable to make himself let her go. Bucky braces himself with his left arm just enough to be sure he's not crushing her and keeps his body pressed to hers as he tries to steady his ragged breathing.

He kisses her shoulder, her hair, the side of her neck, with small light kisses, one after the other.

Her heart feels too full and fragile for words as he holds onto her and kisses her gently, covering her with sweet affection. She winds her arms around him and presses her face into the crook of his neck to breathe him in as her heart rate finally begins to slow. One hand curves at the back of his head and strokes lightly over his hair, her fingers trembling.

She clings to him, shivering a little - or maybe that’s him shivering, he’s not sure. “I’ve got you, sweetheart,” he whispers, holding her close and pressing another kiss to her hair, then just staying there and breathing in her scent as he holds her close.

"Baby," she murmurs, and relaxes in his arms, the warm sun pooling around them. "You make my heart so full."

He makes a wordless sound against her hair, then lifts his head to look down at her, taking in her flushed face, her kiss-swollen lips, the wild disarray of her hair.

Gently, very gently, he kisses her again.

She smiles against his lips and runs her fingers through his hair, straightening some of the mess she'd made. "Hi," she says, soft, and smiles at him again.

“Hi,” he murmurs. Her sweet smile reassures him, but he still has to ask. “Was I too rough, baby?”
