Just over two years ago, the Winter Soldier fought with Captain America in the sky over the Triskelion. But in the end, it was James 'Bucky' Barnes who dragged his best friend Steve from the depths of the Potomac River - and who vanished afterward, unable to be found.

Unable, that is, until someone wearing his face bombed the Vienna International Center and started the whole world looking for the Winter Soldier.

These days, Bucky Barnes is in hiding in Wakanda, tending goats and attempting to put all the shattered pieces back together.

For now, anyway.
