She takes a scalding gulp of her coffee, then sets the mug down and heads over toward her tote, stripping her shirt off along the way. Once dressed in light, comfortable workout gear, she ties her hair up into a ponytail and retrieves her coffee to finish it before heading outside to blink in the sun.
